Good Morning,

    

Field Day is coming! Field day will be on May 12th and 13th this year! The first day of field day will be from 8:30-12:00 and the students will rotate to 30 different stations that day. The second day of field day is from 10:00-11:15 and 1:00-2:00. The first section will be a relay race for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students. Please come join and watch the students race! The second part of the day will be the awards ceremony for the race and the sportsmanship trophy and there will be a faculty volleyball game. 

      I have split your class up into 3 teams. (Red, green, and blue) The students must wear a t-shirt of their team color, athletic shorts, and tennis shoes on the first day of field day and the second day of field day is a free dress day. I divided the teams up based on athletic ability to help in making the teams as fair as possible but please feel free to change any of your students! Please announce these teams this week and begin to remind the students of their color teams as we close to the big day. Again, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help in any way.
